Comments: The cottage is absolutely lovely, we visit Staithes every year and have stayed in a lot of the cottages in the village but Longhouse is by far the nicest. It is immaculate and has everything you need and more. We will definately be booking to stay at this cottage again next year, we didn't want to leave!

Comments: I stayed at longhouse cottage for the bank holiday weekend at the end of aug 09 with my son. As soon as we saw the cottage we fell in love with it. It was spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully with everything you could need for a holiday - even a picnic rug and fold up chairs for the beach. There was a bottle of wine left out for me and the cupboards were well stocked with tinfoil, clingfilm, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, washing powder,etc There was a basket of logs for the wood burning stove, with fire lighters and we enjoyed returning to the cottage for our evening meal and watching the logs burn.There was broadband in the cottage so I was able to check emails daily.I have recommended this cottage to friends and family and would love to return for a longer stay.
